The England A Team were due in the Taj hotel at the time of the attack (according to Michael Vaughan) and no-one seems to have any idea why the trip was cancelled. Apparently they have a storeroom their with their spare kit.

All it seems to say is Maybe... Although I haven't tried Death Valley or Bekka Valley.

Not really. Don't forget that the set-top box converts the digital signal into analogue to send it to your TV and although the connection is probably through a SCART os SVHS or something (which is a better "reception" than the analogue radio signal input), your old TV is still basically an analogue TV set.. You have to have a TV that recognises the HD format fo real HD.
SK, you are correct when you say that a HD film (in download format) is a bigger file. That's because it's a file, rather than a transmission stream. For example, a normal and a HD channel on terrestrial or sattelite uses the same spectrum (or bandwidth). The transmission uses data compression techniques. The data is (like in normal data transmission) is logically compressed before transmission and then logically uncompressed when recieved. The next part is that there is simply not enough bandwidth within the channel to give a real-time view of the world in HD, so other techniques are used to enhance the picture (a bit like real-time photo-shop kind of thing). For example with a normal digital transmission, stuff that doesn't move on a picture is still transmitted in each frame, whereas HD won't do that. Also when something isn't moving relative to it's background, the HD transmission won't refresh the relative frame but you'll still see the "panning effect" or movement of the camera because that is triggered by local processing.
However, if you have a HD-DVD or a download, there is no contention for radio spectrum so they can make the files as big as they like and not bother with the compression stuff. So your HD TV will, inevitably, have an even better picture via a non-transmitted source.

I have this feeling that as soon as you tackle the exhaust problem that you will spot or cause another problem.
It just proves that cars are like women. Unreliable and a pain in the neck when they have even the smallest of problems.

LOL! Almost a nice idea Ruskie. I'd have to wait until I could do all my work at home before considering such an adventure...

That's not entirely true Dek. You girls think we men are basically shallow but I can tell you that a nice ass and boobs also goes a long way too...![]()

Dek! If you could grow a beard, the kind of which you could sit in a cafe and stroke whilst thinking, I reckon you'd make a heap on the freak circuit as a bearded lady... If you could also grow another breast you'd be swimming in the cash!
