  Mail Program Just Keeps Closing

  Have a look at the Console app to see if there is anything interesting being written there. It's in Applications/Utilities/

  Also try making a new user account, log in to that and see if it happens there as well.

  other zoho apps

  Hey Bobvark2, they are not competing apps... zoho is competing with big boy THE GOOG, and omnidrive is competing with a number of players including box.net, mozy, egnyte, etc.

  Fav Facebook apps

  The Pownce app is not updating properly. Lots of stoopid werewolf/zombie apps that I just ignore. The useful ones are things like Zoho, Box.net, Downfly, Plum and social ones like "Interactive Friends Graph" which poos all over the Friend Wheel, but not as simple graphically.

  The TV trivia one is quite fun, plus the HotLists is an old favorite except it used to automatically show your friend's common favorites but now you have to click a few times for that to work. Only problem with those apps is there are a lot of duplicates... 2,136 people like "Gibson Guitar" but 141 people like "gibson guitar". Someone needs to clean up that mess.

  Mac Client Problem

  I haven't had those problems with the latest version I downloaded 2 days ago. However nowhere was I told that the software had to synchronize a local folder with the online version.

  "Why is it copying stuff from Omnidrive?" I thought. I wanted to upload stuff to it. And maybe download by dragging-and-dropping. Can it do that?

  As for the +Add a file link, I was using Firefox and the link works if you click in just the right spot... it's very small...

  And the menu bar is too close to the "Upload a file" button. I keep accidentally invoking the menus.

  Medium

  Medium, Yoono, Clutzr and Reko are all in a similar vein. Although I don't see how to do the social networking thing from Medium or Reko.
  
  Perhaps they have to combine forces with an annotation service such as Fleck, Diigo or JumpKnowledge.

  Delay on news feeds

  I have been checking regularly this evening and the items seem to change order every time you refresh the page.

  Perhaps this has something to do with the trick they use to merge several friends into one line. Like "Friend A,B, and C changed their profile picture". Well obviously they didn't do it at the excat same moment.

  I think it's one of the easiest sites to use. You can get a site up and pimped-to-the-gills with apps in no time.
