This is a topic started on the mother forum .. in Romanian language about what exactly is a web designer, a graphic designer and a new media designer (title that we see more and more often lately) Who has to code into html/css ? Is the web designer title of actuality. Should we bury the title of a web designer ? Are.... todays designers that work for web and print, that do from time to time corporate identity that know and do animation in flash and after effects, that create stunning illustration in adobe illustrator or corel draw .... still .... web designers ?

Yes but companies evolve, gain know how, people specialized in different disciplines and so on.The real question is ... is it safe to say that todays interactive agencies will be a part of the monster advertising agencies of tomorrow that will think everything integrated across all mediums, or todays interactive agencies will evolve also in monster entities capable to offer traditional agency services (like direct marketing, print campaigns, TV spots etc) ??

Yep and that keeping account that to realize a fairly complex website we need to have more than one person evolved if there's to be any efficiency the motivational problem increases exponentially. How to keep one motivated enough is a hard question. How to keep 3-4-5 men motivated and how to keep the whole team as en entity motivated is completely another thing. Based on these facts i can say what i allready said in the title of the topic
